    the real deal.

  2. Great show. The question I can’t seem to get the answer to is about protein levels. If you are working out and lifting weights I have always been advised and heard from experts like Robb Wolf etc to consume 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (or desired weight) why does this change in Ketosis. Stephanie seemed to indicate that it was because she was using ketones but I am not sure how this affects your muscle mass if you are lifting or doing other anaerobic exercise

      1. Thank you I am having a hell of a time limiting the protein. It is not quite but almost as hard as eliminating the carbs altogether. I also am suffering from paralysis by analysis when it comes to exercise since I don’t know if it is best to do aerobic or anaerobic exercises on this diet. there is always n=1 🙂 Great work on the book by the way!! Thanks again
