    1. She’s not talking about fruit juices. Listen to the interview again carefully and you’ll notice she’s referring to vegetable juicing. 🙂

      1. Jimmy, using this Disqus software prevents me from posting links.

Please consider using “facebook comments” app/plugin if you are using wordpress.  It’s simple integration just like the Like button.

The comment will also get posted on the user’s profile (default has this option checked) and this should open up the dialogue/interaction in the facebook age we’re in. Facebook, too, is excellent at bringing spam comments to zero in my experience running a blog. There should also be an option to be notified on facebook when someone posts a comment on the blog, but I have not explored it enough to enable it.

Anonymous people can also comment too but it would be on a different platform.

  1. This was a great show.  I had actually watched Dr. Shelton’s video from the Ancestral Health Show and to hear from hear again is great.  Making that link of obesity to emotional issues and the GUILT over eating when what we have been taught in the past about nutrition can really lead to weight issues just needs to be said over and over again.  I have family members with Type 2 Diabetes and they have given up on losing weight because of the challenges in a moderation diet.  If you try to moderate your food with low fat options you just get too hungry.  I don’t know how but somehow in the next year I hope to help these family members realize they need to let go of the guilt of overeating and hopefully embrace a new mentality about what is healthy.

Thanks Jimmy for the inspiration and the great information you provide on your show.
