  2. Hi Jimmy, thanks for the information about GMO foods and the neurotoxic “low-fat” or “sugar-free” foods. I’ve heard of criticisms of these types of foods from other sources as well and I think the general public isn’t as aware of the detriments of these foods as they probably ought to be. Cheers!

    I have a question about phosphatidylserine. It used to be distilled from cow brains but due to the concerns about mad cow disease they switched to distilling it from soy.

    Soy is a swear word around my house.

    If there is concern that BSE *might* be transmitted from distilled PS, shouldn’t I also be concerned that all the bad stuff associated with soy might also be transmitted?

  4. Rob, great question! Haven’t heard about the soy derivative of that brain nutrient, but that’s a fantastic topic for me to ask one of my experts sometime.
