  1. Great interview, have already ordered my book.
    Just would like to obtain more information concerning sequestering effect of dairy protein over coffee polyphenols as stated by Dave Asprey in this conversation. For the best of my knowledge, I have not find any information regarding incompatibility with bioacessibility and bioavailability of polyphenols from coffee either just black or in combination with dairy cream.
