It’s been a great pleasure to bring to you some exclusive BRAND NEW INTERVIEWS with most of the 22 featured experts featured in Jimmy Moore’s runaway bestselling book Keto Clarity: Your Definitive Guide to the Benefits of a Low-Carb, High-Fat Diet these past couple of weeks. And we’re not even close to being finished yet airing these conversations between Jimmy and the experts who helped create the “Moment Of Clarity” quotes featured throughout the book. There’s always so much more to say than what you can write in a book, so we hope you enjoy these interviews as much as Jimmy did recording them.
Today’s Keto Clarity expert interview is with Franziska Spritzler from the “Low Carb Dietitian” blog who was the exclusive registered dietitian featured as an expert in Keto Clarity. As an RD who promotes a low-carb, high-fat nutritional approach to her clients and thus goes against the standard dietary advice of her colleagues, Franziska prefers to let the science and her own personal wisdom about what works for herself and the people she helps guide the way. Listen in as Jimmy and Franziska go into a very interesting conversation about how she learned about low-carb diets for improving blood sugar and metabolic health, some strange changes that happened in her lipid panel following her foray into a low-carb, moderate protein, high-fat, ketogenic diet, and a whole lot more. YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS THIS ONE! Even more Keto Clarity interviews are on the way.

A 2012 NBC News story covered a study of deaths in Maryland over a 6 year period. Out of 20,000 plus autopsies performed, only 107 people had died from DKA. So, yes, a very small amount.
