Love your stuff Jimmy! I just want to comment on a question you asked in this podcast about why people need quick prep meals. I believe I am a typical family the only exception is I want to feed my family real food. Since going back to work after my baby 11 months ago this has been my weekday routine:
530 wake, nurse, shower etc to get myself and daughter ready for work.
730-430 work
530 home, feed daughter (leftovers from previous day because don’t have time to cook yet) spend small amount of quality time with her
7pm daughter bed time
730 start cooking
830 eat
9pm make food for daughter for next day so she doesn’t eat SAD at daycare
Vacuum, pick up prep for next day
1030 bed….
I love cooking and I am fortunate enough to know how…but can you find the time in my day?
When I asked that, it was kind of a lead-in question because I know some people question that. I personally have NO DOUBT there are a lot of people just like you, Joanne. You’re the hardest working people I know. 🙂
