    Great podcast as usual. Is it possible to post the recipes for the ice cream and low carbegg  brownie you were talking about?

Interesting.  I’ve seen many benefits after switching to real food, fairly low carb, but I cant figure out how to lose weight on it yet.  Maybe weight training is the answer.  I am envious of those that claim to eat all the fat and protein they want and are losing weight quickly. That doesn’t work for me, no matter how low I go on carb intake.
