  1. Bravo! I could listen to John all day. Well his hunger levels are the flip of what I teach (for me 0= famished, 10= stuffed to physical discomfort and 5 perfectly satisfied) but we are on the same page as far as not getting too hungry! He is a delight to listen to and I’m on my way to get his new book on my phone kindle. Thanks again Jimmy 🙂

  2. Where do you get Briffa’s new book?  Both hardcopy and Kindle editions are available on UK Amazon, but not on US Amazon.
