Nephrologist and advanced glycation end products researcher Dr. Jaime Uribarri discusses “The AGE-less Way” program he developed today on The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show With Jimmy Moore!

  3. I have heard that the AGE’s formed in our body are harmful but I have never heard that ones form outside the body and then eaten caused a problem. I am following a LCHF eating style and have seen my pre-diabetes signs
    going down instead of up as the doctor suggests. My glucose readings
    are trending down. They reacted very well to the scotch Eggs I ate for breakfast.

  4. After 20 minutes of looking around, I still can’t tell if AGEs from seared meat are clinically significant in the absence of dietary carbohydrates.  Gated study by Dr. U would be interesting to see.
