From the bottom of our hearts, we offer up our sincerest thanks to every single one of you, including all of the hundreds of thousands of faithful listeners, our amazing interview guests and the generous sponsors for helping us make this show the overwhelming success that it has become! 1. Congratulations, Jimmy! It’s so amazing when someone moves forward with their passion and speaks their truth. You are an inspiration to me. After I have updated my iPhone, your podcast is always the first I listen to. I am always mentioning this show to other people because I learn so much from it!

  2. Let me add my congratulations on your 500th show. Enjoyed hearing from some of the people you have interviewed. I don’t think I will ever catch up, but I have listened to a bunch of your excellent podcasts. You are certainly making a difference in the lives of many.

Loved Tom Naughton’s comments – yup, you will put the pill-pushers out of business…..I hope.

  3. Happy 500th, Jimmy!  You’re truly an inspiration and a HUGE factor in the educating, encouraging and community aspect of healthy living becoming more and more mainstream. This was such a nice podcast to hear!

I introduced my mom to your site and podcasts.  Now she e-mails and texts me, “Did you hear so and so on Jimmy’s latest podcast? It was awesome!” I think she’s overtaken me as one of your biggest fans!

  4. Congratulations Jimmy on your 500th episode. You deserve the success and praise you have gotten for your work in promoting the low carb message to the masses. In my mind you are the most seminal voice in nutrition today. In a just world, your show should have a wider audience than Dr. Oz. Thanks again for all you do.
