Robb Wolf is back for “Encore Week” 2011!

Welcome to Day 5 of our annual “Encore Week,” presented this year by CarbSmart.com. Every January, we start off with fresh, new interviews featuring the most interesting and popular guests from the previous year, as selected by YOU. And this “Encore Week” 2011 celebrating the best of the best from 2010 has been one of the best we’ve ever assembled! We’ve already heard outstanding brand new interviews this week from Dr. Robert Lustig, Denise Minger, Chris Masterjohn and Dr. Kurt Harris.

Today we’ve saved one of the best for last as we present Robb Wolf, a research biochemist, blogger, Paleo-fitness trainer, and newly-crowned New York Times bestselling author. Robb talks about the overnight success of his book The Paleo Solution and then answers a bevy of questions submitted by listeners like YOU. Don’t miss this fantastic wrap to the jubilee we call “Encore Week!”

  1. Born to Run was written by Christopher McDougal, not Chris Masterjohn. 😛

Until they find million year old Nalgene bottles, seems like the paleo way to hydrate oneself is by eating lots of veggies.

  2. Great interview!

Robb, thanks for calling Christopher McDougal Chris Masterjohn. McDougal, if you’re out there, sorry. 🙂

Don’t worry though Robb, I called Pure Indian Foods “Purity Farms.” Argh!

To the commenter at the end, of course there is such a thing as pasture-fed pigs!!! These folks make some great organic, grass-fed lard: mhof.net

    Chris
