Everything Erin was saying here was spot on with one exception.
She recommends drinking excess amounts of water. This is just silly. Your body has a superb mechanism for regulating water intake: it’s called THIRST. Drinking half your body weight in ounces of water per day is nonsense. Drink when you’re thirsty.
