  1. Go Mark. I was disappointed that you didn’t mention that forgotten bu wonderful bit of beer… the tail. We get all the tails from our grass fed steers we kill (in the paddock), unless someone asks for one.

    You just cut them at the joints, brown them with onions and garlic and bake them in a covered dish with homegrown tomatoes and basil for a few hours… heavenly…
