THANKS Guy!
Jimmy, I thought the interview was wonderful. I especially liked the pro-active approach that your guest takes on the supporting the small farmer. My son has been working very hard with his diet and one thing he has learned to avoid is soy. He was actually leary about eating it when he was 14 years old.
That was when I began living the low carb life and began using soy flour as a wheat flour aubstitute. He was afraid that it would make him grow breasts.;-P
Thank goodness I did not use it that much. Soy flour is actually pretty bad tasting. I thought the title to the “Naughty Nutritionist’s” new book was hilarious.
Well, I guess I am going to hafta make my own mayo now.
I have a friend whom I feel should listen to this podcast. Her diet is so very limited that I worried about nagging her about her soy consumption. She began consuming coconut products from a little nudging on my part and she discovered that she loves coconut milk. I plan on trying my hand with homemade crackers made with coconut flour that I will soon be sending. Hopefully she will stop consuming soy once she has a chance to appreciate the wonderful coconut.
Thanks so much, Jimmy

Wow, Jimmy…I am going to relink this interview on my FB page. Fantastic stuff. I fell prey to the low-fat diet myths for years…I can’t believe I used to eat so many soy products. It’s no wonder I never conceived until I started eating a high-fat, low-carb diet!
