You may know her from appearances on the Dr. Oz show, Howard Stern’s radio program or countless other mainstream media sources, including her own radio show, but if you’re a long-time fan of Jimmy Moore, you’ve certainly heard him sing her praises before especially at his blog. This is Connie’s first (and long-awaited) visit to “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show” and we’re happy to present her to you today.   1. Connie nailed refined sugar and refined carbohydrates from day one. However, she remains addicted too and “high” on, hybrid fruits and other hybrid foods, including organic hybrid apples and organic hybrid almond butter and other “like” hybrid foods. Man’s inventions. Pure sugar. She remains addicted and “high” on these foods from daylight to dark and all through the night. Her forty four illness’s and sickness’s and symptoms left her when she quit sugar, yes. Sugar is a drug like speed and cocaine and caffeine. — Hype, hype, hype! That’s the “high”! A down, calm and collected “high” or up “go get’em” “high”, it’s still the same. The “high” profoundly effects our minds and bodies and senses and our body chemistry. “Moderate” and “popular” and “middle ground”, although pleasing to the public and popular, is not the answer. — Hybrid fruits and hybrid vegetables and hybrid grains and other hybrid plant life and hybrid dairy products are the same thing as refined sugar minus these symptoms, Connie mentions. Profoundly effecting ours and her life but we don’t know it. “All knowing” is a hallmark of stimulants. Elaboration in the rationalization of this addiction is commonplace so that we can remain high and not have to quit our addiction and so that we can feed our addiction. Not unlike heroin and cocaine and amphetamines. Rats will fight to the death to remain addicted. We are not rats but we will fight to the death so that we too, can remain addicted.
