Michael Nova really needs to do some more research. I dispute his statement that underweight people live longer, actually it is the overweight (but not obese) who do. Also his obsession with his cholesterol level, although fairly common, is misguided. What a shame he’s ditching those egg yolks!
CarrollJ, I agree he has some learning to do. But you gotta admire someone who bucks the trend of taking drugs in favor of a more natural nutritional approach to improving health.
I enjoyed the interview with Mary Jo! And I sure wish I could get away with eating several chocolate bars a day. 🙂

Gotta admire Michael – My heart ached for him hearing what all he went through. It takes tenacity to research and make drastic changes like he did in order to save himself.
I, too, hope that he will read more on your blog and listen to your interviews with all these incredible experts so that he can start enjoying more health and variety in his diet along with ditching all those carbs he’s still eating.
