  1. Great point about slips!

So many in the low-carb community can be negative about cheats, or slip ups, or any off plan eating. It’s a really sensitive topic!

This is a lifetime achievement, eating off plan here and there as you go is human. As long as you don’t slip all the way back into old habits and abandon healthy eating all together you’re fine!

The encouragement that Lindsey offers is awesome. She’s a great resource!

  2. Hey Jimmy, You are using your public policy degree in a roundabout way to change the US nutrition standards, one fraction of a step at a time. The more we talk about it, the harder it is for “them” to ignore!
This is a great inspirational interview for me as I’m trying to get up the courage to start my own “nutrition and lifestyle” blog.

  3. Mee three!

Lindsey is very down to earth, real and has real expectations for herself and her children. I really enjoyed this podcast.
