One of the best pod casts of the year. Well done!
Excellent pod cast… many thanks Jimmy and Dave! A smart guy who makes a great deal of sense.

I’m glad you are taking the trouble to look into myths like saturated fats are bad for you. In looking at the balance aspect of the body system, have you thought of the effect of various deficiencies in causing dis-ease ? In my case, I stumbled on a cure for my long standing case of psoriasis when I went to larger doses of Vit D and taking the equivalent of the average Japanese person’s intake of iodine (from seaweed)daily. It all cleared up within a month ! Now I am wondering if I have other deficiencies that could be corrected as easily? Of course with low carb I have lost over 35 lbs so far, and I no longer get angina walking the dogs in the hills, so my system may be making more internal adjustments I am not conscious of….At least I am free of carb cravings, and I have more energy !
As an addendum..I have also changed to using exclusively my own distilled water with minerals added back in, which may have stopped ‘washing’ my cells with stuff like the fluorides and chemicals we have in our city water supply.
Awesome interview! Can’t wait to check out Dave’s blog!
Great interview!! Dave brings a lot to the table and provides easy to understand concepts of difficult science. I love his tweets, too! 🙂
