Rock on Richard.
Great content, as always, Jimmy. Thanks for having such a “big tent” of great guests on your show. Always learn something new, always am challenged to think about what I thought I knew, too.
Zach, thanks for that feedback! I try to have a diverse enough set of guests to always keep it interesting. 🙂
Great interview Jimmy.
Richard is indeed a bit flamboyant but also a very deep thinker.
All one has to do is to read his posts about fat metabolism, vitamin interactions, and other hard-core scientific issues.
I hope he writes the book!
“Free the Animal” is a great title.
I haven’t used soap for over thirty years. I bath and shower in water only. I am always clean and fresh. I like to wash my clothes in hot water with soap for the full cycle and then again with a second full cycle without soap, so I can wash out all of the soap. — My theory is that cancer and a lot of other disease comes in through our skin and body cavities because we have washed away all of our natural oils and protectants with soap. I’m guessing that soap and bleach in mens underwear is responsible for prostrate cancer. There isn’t any question that our innate being is perfect. We lived in perfect health to over a hundred years old everywhere. We lived perfectly, both mentally and spiritually and psychically. In the same vain I use no supplements or vitamins of any kind and drink only water, just like all of the other creatures. — Sugar and hybrid carbohydrates are man made inventions and stimulant drugs and lie at the core of this whole fiasco of stimulated life.
Richard was great, as were you, of course. I was really looking forward to this podcast as I’ve been reading Richard’s blog for many months. Thank you for all the hard work you do for all of us.
Hi Jimmy,
Great interview!!! 🙂 His ideas are very interesting!
In the next shows, will you interview Petro Dobromylskyj from the blog Hyperlipid
(http://high-fat-nutrition.blogspot.com/)?
Best regards,
Susana
The next set of “Bloggeraza” interviews are already finished and will air June 21-25. They are Connie Bennett, Ann Marie Michaels, Amy Dungan, Dr. Stephan Guyenet, and Holly Hickman. I’ve asked Peter for an interview, but we haven’t been able to nail down a good date/time yet. Hope to in the next few months. THANKS Susana!
Thanks, Jimmy! 🙂 That’s great!
You got Stephan! I cannot wait to hear that one.
Yep! Got him! 😀

I love this guy! Thanks for the interview!
I’ve been reading Richard’s blog for some time and it’s good to be able to hear what he sounds like. (Not as scary as he reads 😉
Thanks Jimmy
LOL! Not as scary at all, Roger! 😀
