Just listened to Chris Masterjohn…Lots of good info here, but did not enjoy the interview the least enjoyed of the many I have heard. He seemed to be animated to me and too much jargon to me, no wonder he is a researcher…
just my 2 cents.
Glad to hear more about the fat fast pre-induction diet and the reasoning behind it. Good interview, Jimmy.
