I strongly believe that keeping the diet as ketogenic as possible. If it were at all possible to have any or all of my pregnancies to do over again…they would be ketogenic pregnancies.
Interesting, Mary! There’s certainly no danger being in ketosis while pregnant as Nora and many other guests on my show have stated so clearly.
Thanks for the interview Jimmy.
I came to the same conclusion as Nora after reading Weston Price. Eat the way nature intended.
I’ve ordered her book from Amazon, thanks to you & all the good reviews it received.
Excellent podcast, Jimmy and Nora! I’m really looking forward to the next one and to reading Nora’s book and blog.
Thank you SO much for this interview, Jimmy….Nora is a remarkable woman and I have to give her lots and lots of props! I especially like her attitude towards “empowering ourselves” and taking control of our health. I am a nurse, and I firmly believe in taking control, being proactive, and not at the mercy of a doctor or other health professional who simply wants to patch things up with drugs. Get to the real reason of your issues and take a stand 🙂 Cant wait to read the book…she is my kind of woman!
Wonderful podcast, Nora and Jimmy ! I’m wanna to reading Nora’s book and blog.
Thanks for the interview.
