Thank you for the podcast with Dr. Bernstein. I wish his office was in Alabama.
You’re welcome Carrie! What did you think about Mark Sisson’s podcast?
Great explanation on leaky gut and how one can get an auto-immune condition. Its a total lifestyle change. Walks the talk and just an all-round nice guy.
Jimmy, perhaps you should try the 30 day primal challenge to take your low-carb lifestyle to the next level.
What’s wrong with my current low-carb lifestyle, Sue?
Too much frankenfoods and diet soda.
I eat plenty of healthy low-carb foods in addition to what you call frankenfoods. Why is this such a concern to you?
Nothing wrong with diet soda Sue as long as you’re not drinking it every day.
Great Podcast! I agree that we should get back to the basics. Jumping around from diet to diet does more harm than good.
Jimmy thanks a lot for the Podcast , I like the way you let your gueat to talk and dont interrupt like so many interviewers do. Very good questions asked by you . great Jimmy.
Have nice weekend.
THANKS thania1! I appreciate your feedback and keep on listening!
Great podcast and a great book. Thanks Mark; it’ll do a lot of good. I’m happy to say I came upon your cardio theory on my own. I lift and between sets I just stroll on the treadmill – really just to kill time and watch some tube. I never do hard, long, cardio. I have started sprinting. Your approach to grains is spot on. None. Eggs in abundance – exactly. It is all about insulin and therefore all about carbohydrate restriction.
Mark is a great guest. Thanks for having him on your show.
Great book. Full of very good information. A must read.
This was a great podcast. Mark Sisson was very engaging and had a wealth of info. I will be buying his book. I too like the way you let your guests talk, Jimmy. This is why your show is one of the only ones I listen to anymore.
Why is this and other episodes not on Itunes? My Ipod broke so I have missed getting so many episodes onto my Ipod and I need them for the gym 🙁
Thanks Mark! What a great episode – I think I just made up mind on purchasing his book
