oh I’ve seen him on youtube many times already, he’s a delight to listen to!
great interview jimmy, I enjoyed it very much =)
THANKS Riceball! I love Sean and admire the work he’s doing!
I have come to agree about the cardio. When I first started conversing with Jimmy he told me about the Cardio and then I did a little research on my own and it confirmed what he was saying. I have since cut out the long cardio days and replace them with 2 cardio days a week of different high intensity interval workouts. The weight started coming off more quickly since I did that and I spend 1 day less in the gym.
Sean is also correct about different carb levels for resistance training. I found that on my lifting days I need some carbs at least 30-45 minutes prior to my workouts or I get dizzy about 2/3 of the way into my routine. It doesn’t matter if I do it in the morning afternoon or evening. My body needs more carbs for lifting than it does normally.
Seas is an amazing speaker he really puts “coolness” into eating and living well. His videos and podcasts are an inspiration. Great podcast here to you guys made some great debates. If your into Sean’s stuff check out Paul Chek’s work too……..
Glad you enjoyed Sean, Chris!
Hello,
Great interview Jimmy. Lots of great stuff in this podcast. I totally agree with all I heard. My diabetes experience was exactly as the one described. I went off drugs and went with diet and exercise. The results were great. My A1c was also lower than ever. My doctor was mad because I stopped his prescribed drugs! He never congratulated me for improving my health. I believe and know for sure doctors are killing their patients. Diet and exercise is the key. You have to take control of your health. Amen.
YOU GO CARL!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Sean is an AWESOME man, with A LOT of integrity.
I took a Metabolic Type test in Feb. A couple of months later I felt bad enough to make a change in my diet, and followed a diet based on my metabolic type (combined it with a supervised 20 minute interval training regimen). After 2 months my blood sugar was back to normal. I no longer felt sluggish after meals. I lost 15 pounds in a couple of months. It was hard work, but the results were nothing short of amazing. It worked wonders for me. Great interview. I just Stumbled it. Thanks!
