A few months ago I started taking a yoga class at my local gym for the first time in my life. Some people think it’s all about new age voodoo, but there are some truly remarkable benefits to investing just a few moments of your time to do this. With all the stress that I’ve been personally experiencing over this past year with a failed IVF cycle, the health decline and death of my brother Kevin, and my wife Christine’s chronic pain health issues, among many other things, I needed a way to release all that built-up tension in my body and yoga has fit the bill. Today I have an interview guest who specializes in helping people learn to relax through meditation to overcome pain and stress.
