Every young athlete has hopes and dreams of making it to the big-time someday by starring in high school, then college, followed by the ever-elusive professional career. But very few ever make it. However, those who do make it have to work even harder to get their bodies into the best possible shape of their lives in order to succeed. This includes implementing the optimal nutrition, fitness, and mental preparation necessary for it to happen. That’s precisely what helped legendary NFL football player Bill Romanowski during his 16-year career where he played a nearly impossible 243 consecutive games while winning 4 Superbowl titles. I’m privilege to share my interview with him today!
In Episode 195 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” you’ll hear Bill Romanowski talk about his playing days in the National Football League which he shares about in his autobiography Romo: My Life on the Edge: Living Dreams and Slaying Dragons (listen in to find out how you can get a FREE autographed copy of this book compliments of Bill himself!). But the reason I wanted to interview him was what he is doing now that his playing days are over–he is the founder/president/CEO of a nutrition-based supplements company called Nutrition53. Bill said he learned a lot about proper nutrition while in the NFL and now wants to share that wisdom with others who desire weight loss, better sleep, and a sharper mind. It’s hard to argue with the results Bill Romanowski enjoyed during his NFL football playing career!
