One of my favorite health and nutrition blogs on the Internet is “Mark’s Daily Apple.” Mark is someone who has been on both ends of the fitness spectrum–first as a former Olympic-trained triathlete eating upwards of 1200 grams of carbohydrates a daily to fuel the beast who now realizes that ultra-high-carb consumption is not exactly the best way to live healthy. I’ve been wanting to interview him for a couple of years now because the quality of his blog content is so amazing. And now it’s happened!
