We’re winding up this encouraging and inspiring “Week Of Weight Loss Wisdom” with our second to last podcast interview with yet another success story who has found great success livin’ la vida low-carb. We’ve heard from a Zone dieter, a weight loss reality show dieter, and an Atkins dieter. Today we hear from someone who hasn’t had to deal with a great obesity problem, but she has had a need for controlling a condition she has called polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). We know from the research that a low-carb diet is great for this and it has worked fabulously for today’s guest.

In Episode 150 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” tune in to hear Rebecca Wilhoit whose life took a turn for the worse when she was diagnosed with PCOS. The weight gain and the fertility problems that this insulin-resistant condition brings on can be scary, but Rebecca was fortunate enough to hook up with a fabulous low-carb researcher and nutritional consultant named Cassandra Forsythe who has made a huge difference in Rebecca’s life. Listen in and learn how her fitness focus has changed since she began this low-carb lifestyle change.

Rebecca Wilhoit is the perfect example of how this “Week Of Weight Loss Wisdom” is as much about improving health as it is shedding weight. Her life was changed for the better after reading The New Rules Of Lifting For Women and Women’s Health Perfect Body Diet by Cassandra Forsythe, aka “Cass” as Rebecca kept calling her in the interview. You could really tell that there has been a strong bond of friendship between Rebecca and Cass and that has no doubt played a major role in Rebecca’s success.

The fourth podcast interview in this special “Week Of Weight Loss Wisdom” with Rebecca Wilhoit is a good reminder about underlying conditions such as PCOS and how they can negatively impact the weight and health of women. Do you have PCOS and use a low-carb nutritional approach to overcome it?
