She is the official spokesperson for the lower-carb “Zone Diet” created by Dr. Barry Sears. How did she earn that prestigious position? Well, losing 100 pounds following that particular nutritional approach certainly didn’t hurt.
“The Zone Diet” works to help people not just shed the pounds, but find incredible health. The key, according to Sue Knorr, is balancing your omega fats and getting in your own personal customized “zone” with the macronutrient ratio of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats that work for you. And we also get an update on the most famous Zone Diet adherent today–Manuel Uribe. It’s quite a podcast that I encourage you to listen to.
