Weight loss is hard. DUH! With so many people going through the rigors of shedding the pounds only to have the weight come pouring back on with a vengeance in very short order, this is no way to live. We punish ourselves time and time again when we keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. INSANITY!
