primal-power-method There’s a lot more corruption going on behind-the-scenes of the food and drug industries than you could even imagine and former special investigator for the US Food and Drug Administration and US Department of Health and Human Services Gary Collins from the “Gary’s Health Tips” blog has seen it all. He has seen first-hand how doctors are performing procedures on patients whether they need them or not all for the financial windfall that would come from doing them. It’s this kind of criminal action that got Gary interested in the primal/Paleo lifestyle as someone who has always taken good care of his physical fitness. He now realizes that people have to take control of their own health because the medical profession and government may not have your best interests in mind. Listen in as Jimmy and Gary discuss his book Primal Power Method: Unlocking the Ancient Secret to Health as well as more stories from Gary’s work in intelligence and as a special agent.

  1. Thanks Jimmy, Interesting Guest! Good for us to all keep an eye on what is really going on out there. All too often our trust can be misplace. Mahalo Gary for the reminder.
    Aloha, Gina

  2. Great interview, Jimmy. I am glad there are smart people like Gary who are willing to tell the truth from their experiences and pass the word on to the rest of us. Hopefully, as more and more stories like this one come out, we will start to get our arms around the daunting health care cost challenge that lies ahead of us.
