Wow, David Gillespie once again delivers data that no one has ever heard before – Americans and Australian’s eat almost no animal fat! Amazing (that anyone takes him seriously!)
If anyone is interested, I’m yet to find any body who says to eliminate saturated fat and totally replace it with poly-unsaturated fats either!
Since people where a lot less clothing than years past, increased sun exposure could explain increases in melonoma, not sure why he thinks it needs to be a linear relationship though!
