Hank Garner, host of the popular interview-based My Low-Carb Journey podcast, is our special guest today on The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore!

One thing you’ll quickly learn about Hank Garner is that he likes to do things differently than most. Rather than starting off blogging about what he called his “Low Carb Journey,” Hank instead began with a podcast show dedicated to interviewing the latest experts on the subject of diet, nutrition, fitness and health. Along the way, he’s been able to shed over 100 pounds and has released 33 fantastic interviews for the low-carb community to listen to, learn from, and enjoy.

Jimmy and Hank have become good friends and share a similar passion for getting the word out about how livin’ la vida low-carb is changing the lives of real people every single day. Listen to today’s show for the full back story on how Hank got to where he is and a little insider baseball about what it’s like trying to recruit some of the best low-carb guests out there. This is an interview you WON’T want to miss from two of the most well-known low-carb podcasters on the planet!

PLUS: We’d LOVE to have you join Jimmy, Gary Taubes, Robb Wolf and many more on The 5th Annual Low-Carb Cruise coming May 6-13, 2012!

  1. I loved this bad boy. Jimmy I’m glad you called Hank out…clearly he is stealing all your ideas (ie second podcast)… ๐Ÿ™‚ And loved the idea you presented about talking with people who sit on the other side of the fence…very interesting indeed…and best of all it was free.
