  1. Hi Jimmy,

I normally wouldn’t ask a question like this, as it can be very personal, but since Charles is so into tattooing and being featured on an upcoming TV show about tattooing, do you happen to know if he’s had an abdomenoplasty?

    1. Hi Kevin…Charles here – thanks for the question. I had the tattoo done on my upper right arm/bicep area. Looks amazing. To answer your question, no, I have not had an abdomenoplasty. When I lost weight I had many good things working in my favour – I was younger, good genes, I swam daily and went to weekly massages (which allowed my skin to breath and recreate quicker). I dropped 20 inches off my waist and to this day I don’t have stretch marks or extra skin. This is one of the most common questions I’m asked. Everyone is different I guess. But going back to tattooing – it probably wouldn’t be wise getting a tattoo in an area of your body where you know is going to change – will distort the image!! thanks – have a great day. C.

  2. What a riveting interview! He had me crying in my morning coffee when he talked about his father. And that rolling onion…if that wasn’t a sign…I don’t know what was. Thanks

  3. I’m only half-way through this podcast, but I am enjoying it immensely. What an interesting guy! Totally inspiring.

  4. What a kind-hearted, compassionate man with incredible insights into life. So glad he’s making the most of it!

    LOVE the Fat Onion!

    Thanks, Charles and Jimmy!
