  1. I wish more of Hubby’s co-workers were on fire foe keto eating. The latest one (Wednesday) was telling Hubby about how his doctor was screeching about his high cholesterol, high BP, and other problems. Hubby7 told me when he got home, and I sent him back the next day with my copy of Cholesterol Clarity for this guy to read.

    He took it home, got 1/2 way through it, and brought it back to Hubby–he just COULD NOT fathom that something so simple as cutting carbs could help all his ailments in one shot–even with lots of doctor notes and “moments of clarity” inside, and a living example to boot (that would be Hubby).

    I have my book back…I tried.

    I can lead a horse to water (and have many times), but I can’t seem to make it drink. My next-door neighbors threw away my Paleo diet and Why We Get Fat books; the lady that lives behind me took my Primal Blueprint book (and ignores it), and my B-I-L (who used to follow Atkins years ago) no longer follows it, even though I sent him (via Amazon)the updated Atkins book.

    It seems the more I try, the more books I end up losing to carb-addicted people who’d really rather complain about their weight and health than do something about it (including my own doctor). From now on, my books are MINE, and so is the information contained therein.

    Instead of helping spread the word, I’ve decided to treat keto as the best-kept secret on earth–next to getting rich (and keto is actually one of the ways).
