I\u2019ve heard some people have meaty faces and some have more boney (maybe genetics). Koreans seem to have a nice big fat face and like 0% body fat, how are they doing this?! People in my life, friends and family are saying I&#8217;m too skinny, but it&#8217;s my face not the body.\u00a0 wondering if Doc Muscles has any ideas\u2026maybe mineral deficiency or protein too low? I&#8217;m 80% fat, 15% protein and 5% carb, calories are anywhere from 1300-2000.
