KEY QUOTE: “The What The Health? documentary is nothing more than a propaganda film. There’s no other way to put it. It’s meant to be incendiary and make you not like meat.  – Jimmy Moore

The new documentary film What The Health has a lot of people talking these days, but as word spread about the message this film is actually conveying, Jimmy decided to watch it for himself to see what all the fuss was about. Knowing this brand of propaganda could not stand without an official keto response, Jimmy spent way more time than was healthy wading through all of the misinformation to bring you the truth about what these filmmakers are saying.

“Let’s be clear—what’s shared in this film is nothing new. These are the exact same vegan arguments that have been out there for years. They’ve just cleaned it all up and made it into a film.” — Jimmy Moore

  1. Hi Chelsea. That’s a great question. You might want to submit that to Keto Talk by e-mailing livinlowcarbman@charter.net so the experts can weigh in. In the meantime I’d guess if all you want is to loose weight then you might want to do cardio. But if you want to increase muscle and thus make it easier to keep slim, despite the number on the scale being slightly higher, then weight training is probably the way to go. I’m hardly an expert though.
